Our Story
How our Andalusian restaurant in Seville was born
This is the story of Bodega Mi Tierra, an Andalusian restaurant in Seville born in 1998 from Carlos and Ana's dream. Since then, we have been a benchmark for traditional homemade cuisine in Seville, combining family tradition with authentic Andalusian gastronomy.
More than 25 Years of Andalusian Tradition in Seville
Since Bodega Mi Tierra opened its doors in 1998, our dream has been to offer a corner of authentic Andalusian flavor in the heart of Seville.
What began as a small adventure driven by a passion for gastronomy and the desire to share our land's culinary wealth, soon became a home for many lovers of good food.
From day one, we set out to create a space where tradition meets craftsmanship, a place where every visit is an intimate and memorable experience.
The Growth of Bodega Mi Tierra
This growth would not have been possible without the unconditional support of our family, friends, staff, and especially the perseverance and dedication of Ana, a fundamental pillar of what we are today: an authentic Andalusian restaurant in Seville.
As a true family restaurant, we have always maintained our Andalusian roots, offering dishes that connect with Seville's culinary tradition. Every recipe tells the story of generations of homemade cooking, passed down with the affection that characterizes Andalusian gastronomy.
Today, over 25 years later, we continue to grow, preserving the essence that saw us born and appreciating the trust of everyone who chooses us day after day. At Bodega Mi Tierra, every dish tells a story, ours and that of our Andalusian homeland.
